I enjoy being outdoors. You can usually find me mountain biking in the summer and skiing in the winter. I discovered CrossFit in 2011 and was hooked. I started coaching not long after and became hooked even more.
The one person in our lives who is not going away is Father Time. As we age, we have to decide if we are going to slow down or forge ahead. I have decided on the latter. While I may not be as strong or as fast as my younger self, I still want to get the most out of my body on a daily basis. We cannot avoid growing old, but we can sure resist for as long as possible!

My coaching style is to improve the way my athletes move, push them a little outside their comfort range, and encourage them to be better than they were yesterday. I like to challenge them physically and mentally. I am not just there to be a cheerleader.
